This policy covers what Rysque collects when you browse, buy from, or sign up for updates from this site, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you place an order: your name, email, shipping/billing address, phone number, and the order itself. Payment details (card numbers, etc.) are handled entirely by our payment processor — we never see or store them ourselves.

When you join the drop access list: just your email address.

When you browse: standard technical data your browser sends to any site (IP address, device/browser type) — used for security and basic analytics, not for building a profile on you.

What we use it for

• Processing and shipping your order, and contacting you about it if something changes (a size sells out, a delay, etc.)
• Emailing you about a new drop — only if you signed up for it, and you can unsubscribe from any email we send
• Keeping the store secure and working properly

We don’t sell your data. We don’t share it with anyone outside the services that actually need it to run the store — our payment processor, our shipping carrier, and our email provider.

Cookies

This site uses cookies to keep your cart working, keep you logged into your account, and remember basic preferences. Turning cookies off in your browser may break parts of the shopping experience.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting/tax purposes. If you ask us to delete your account data and there’s no legal reason we need to keep it, we will.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@rysque.co.
